Update Your Volunteer School Assignment

Use this form if your child has moved to a new school and you would like to volunteer there.

Please tell us your child's previous school and new school so we can update our records. We provide schools with lists of approved volunteers, and want to make sure that you are connected to the correct school.

After you submit this form, we will verify your information with the new school. You may not begin volunteering at the new school until the verification process is complete.

Important: This form is only for parents/guardians who have already completed the volunteer registration process and are approved volunteers. If you are a new volunteer and have not yet registered, please complete the Volunteer Registration Form first: https://oaklandedfund.tfaforms.net/4767297
