Thank you for requesting community volunteer support for your school! We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but this may not always be possible in every situation.
This form is to request
ongoing (weekly+) in-class volunteer support.
- Please explain your volunteer needs thoroughly, the more detail that you can provide, the faster we will be able to find a match!
- The person who is hosting the volunteer needs to be the person to fill out this form.
- Volunteers are expected to help a minimum of one hour once a week.
- Volunteers may not have student/guardian contact information.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like a parent/guardian from your class to volunteer, you do not need to submit this form. Please check with your school admin to confirm if the parent/guardian volunteer has been cleared by checking the Community Portal.
