One-Time Event Volunteer Request 2023-24

Do you have a special school event coming up? Do you need volunteers to help with set-up, checking in families, or cleanup?


Submit this form by the 25th of the month to have your event shared out with our community volunteers in a monthly email blast and posted on the Ed Fund's One-time Volunteers page. Please share as much information as possible to help prepare interested volunteers.


Submissions sent in after the 25th may not be included in the email blast.


Please note, the OSV team is committed to promoting your event with our volunteer community. However, we cannot guarantee recruiting all volunteers needed or having an Ed Fund staff present at your event.

Where can volunteers park for the event?

Where should volunteers sign-in? Where should volunteers meet the educator point of contact?

(ex: What should volunteers wear? What materials / gear volunteers will need to bring?)


Once you submit the form, the OSV team will review your request and follow-up with any questions. When volunteers signup for your event, you will receive an email from osv@oaklandefund.org connecting you with the volunteers.
