Request a (Virtual) Volunteer Career Coach to Support High School Students!

Thank you for requesting a volunteer Career Coach! We do our best to accommodate all requests, but this may not always be possible in every circumstance.
  • The more detail that you can provide, the faster we will be able to find a match.
  • The person who is hosting the volunteer career coach, needs to be the person to fill out this form. 
  • Volunteers are expected to help a minimum of one hour once a week. 

All career coaches are vetted, attend limited training, and complete the state required on-boarding process.

GUARDIAN
  • One parent/guardian is required to sign a waiver consenting for their child's participation in the virtual volunteering program where tutors and students will Zoom 1:1. 
  • The Educator submitting this form is required to list an accurate legalguardian for this student. 
  • The Oakland Public Education Fund takes no responsibility to identify guardianship. 
  • Guardians are required to have email addresses.
